By proceeding with this application, I agree that I have read and understand these statements.
The Policies and Procedures of YouGro contained herein were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of YouGro and its Members.
Each Independent Representative agrees, without reservation, to all the terms and conditions contained herein and holds YouGro free from any and all liability that may result from this agreement between the Independent Representative and YouGro.
All YouGroSystem members must pay their monthly membership fee in full to maintain their membership and have rights and access to all services and materials in their program.
All members recognize that the credit card they have on file will continue to be billed the full cost of their program every 30 days until and unless that member cancels his/her membership with YouGro.
There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a member must continue to remain active by paying their monthly membership fee. Members may cancel their membership at any time for any reason simply by logging into their YouGro online members area and clicking on the User and Billing Info link where they are required to follow the Terminate Membership link to cancel their membership.
YouGro maintains a 3 day 100% refund policy. You must cancel your membership within 3 days of upgrading to member to be eligible for a refund. After you have been a member for 3 days, no refunds either partial or full are given.
The same 3 day policy applies to each monthly membership payment. You can cancel your subscription within 3 days of the most recent charge and be eligible for a refund for that month's membership fee only. After 3 days, no refunds either partial or full are given.
Refunds are only given if the 3 day eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must send an email to support@YouGro.com including your YouGro username or ID number.

YouGroSystems Inc HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE - NO SPAM POLICY
YouGroSystems Inc ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITS the use of SPAM (or UCE - Unsolicited Commercial Email) to promote or introduce ANY YouGroSystems Inc advertisement or website. Your Destination URL entered into our system must be an absolute url, not a rotator system URL of any kind
Your YouGroSystems, Inc URL absolutely may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. We define SPAM to be ANY unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups, FFA sites, Directories, Forums and Email, even if the YouGroSystems Inc advertising system (or related sites) are not directly involved in it (i.e. the SPAM leads the person to YouGroSystems Inc at any point).
We define SPAM as "ANY email sent to ANYONE you don't personally know (or is not from a legitimate opt-in lead source), that contains ANY reference to YouGroSystems Inc, or that contains a link to ANY YouGroSystems Inc advertisement, or other websites that contain links to ANY YouGroSystems Inc website." Persons engaged in SPAM activities are subject to immediate termination from the YouGroSystems Inc system. At YouGroSystems Inc, we have one rule regarding Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (AKA "SPAM"): If you do it…you will be immediately terminated!
SPAM e-mail, SPAM, SPAMming, bulk e-mailing, mass e-mailing is strictly prohibited!
Additionally, our server may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of SPAM, flames, or mail bombs.
Also, if someone has sent you e-mail, and you are responding to that e-mail, you should include the copy of the e-mail he or she sent you in your reply to his or her e-mail, that way the person will remember that they sent you the e-mail and will not accuse you of SPAMming. ALSO, don't assume that SPAMming to a redirect, page or website with a link to our system, or any of our pages is ok. It is not.
If you are found to have SPAMmed, we will immediately, without warning, and without refund, terminate or suspend your YouGroSystems Inc membership and remove your access. Plus, we WILL seek compensation for any financial loss, interruption of our service and any legal costs involved.
In other words, simply don't SPAM. If you don't know the person, don't take a chance. Again any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
Please don't be concerned; no member is going to get terminated for anything they didn't do. Simply don't SPAM and your account will be fine. This policy applies to the YouGroSystems Inc domain and will be strictly enforced. Comments regarding and violations of this policy may be addressed to abuse@YouGro.com
YouGroSystems Inc is a California Corporation
No person/entity (and organization thereof) may use or benefit from the system unless that person/entity is in the YouGroSystems Inc's membership base, and are in active standing.
Access to your account is your responsibility, sharing your password, and allowing access to your system to anyone other than an employee of YouGroSystems Inc is strictly forbidden.
The database linked to the terminated affiliate/entity will be the sole property of YouGroSystems Inc, and No refunds will be issued in cases of termination.
At YouGro, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party. NEVER!
When you pay for your YouGroSystems Inc membership, leads, banner shares, or any other services, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of the credit card processing company PayPal and billed as YouGro.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, flash movies and software, is the property of YouGroSystems Inc or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
No part of this website or system may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from the authors.
All YouGroSystems Inc trademarks may not be used in conjunction with other companies' products or services, in any manner that may cause confusion among customers and potential customers, or in any manner that discredits The YouGroSystems Inc online or offline marketing and advertising system, its products or services.
YouGroSystems Inc does not warrant that the website and services will be 100% error free or uninterrupted. The website and service is distributed as on "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. YouGroSystems Inc, or its owners will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouGroSystems Inc from any claims resulting from your use of our website or service. You expressly agree that use of the website or service is at your sole risk. YouGroSystems Inc or its service providers, agents, licensors or employees shall have no liability for any damages suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of the service. Leads are provided as a service, and we attempt to obtain the best quality, at the most reasonable price. There are absolutely no warranties, guarantees, or claims that our lead provider leads will result in sales for your company or opportunity.
